Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. This policy helps ensure appointment availability for all clients and honors the time and care reserved specifically for you. Thank you for valuing both your time and ours.
